UK Holiday Pay Calculator
This holiday pay calculator helps you estimate how much holiday pay you should receive for leave you plan to take. It is designed for workers with regular hours and fixed annual salary, or a regular hourly rate.
How holiday pay is calculated for regular patterns is usually simple: you receive your normal pay for the days or hours you take off. Enter your annual salary and holiday days, or your hourly rate and total holiday hours. Annual salary is divided by 52 and then by your working days per week. Hourly holiday pay multiplies your rate by the holiday hours.
Most workers are entitled to at least 5.6 weeks of statutory paid leave a year (28 days if you work five days a week). Your contract may give more. This tool estimates the value of leave you enter. It does not calculate your full-year entitlement.
It does not calculate variable-pay averages, the 52-week reference period, irregular-hours or part-year 12.07% accrual, or rolled-up holiday pay. For those rules, see GOV.UK holiday pay guidance and ACAS holiday entitlement.
